What is of most help to you?

Interventions to engage and support your people…perhaps you have already established a wellbeing culture and are looking for new ideas ... to deepen your support, develop your programme and sustain engagement

You’ve made such a positive difference here at Siemens, because you help people to open their minds, take responsibility and get involved.  So many wellbeing and resilience services are just one off events or initiatives, but working with you and the team at 7Futures has helped us to start building a conscious culture of wellbeing in our organisation, and this is so much more powerful, because it will persist in the business, and enable us to support, empower and engage our people over the long term."

Can I say a massive thank you for such an interesting and engaging session on Friday. The team are going out of their way to say how much they enjoyed it and that they want more! I think the queue of people you had waiting to speak to you at the end spoke volumes itself”

Performance Wellbeing
& Resilience

We know it is possible to enjoy sustainable performance with a high tolerance of stress and a happy long life. To evidence this we draw upon global research and expertise from elite sport and military: two sectors where high stress is the norm yet high performance is demanded.

It is also where PTSD, eating disorders, chronic fatigue, burnout and maladaptive coping behaviour can occur. Our team has worked with Olympic Teams, British Athletics, International Squads preparing for Rugby and Football World Cups, and the military in UK, USA and Australia. Click here for more details on our services and to understand why mental strength is not the same thing as resilience.

Mental Wellbeing
- a holistic approach

There is a huge groundswell of attention on mental health at work….and with good reasons. However, this is a complex area to address and one which gets to the heart of organisational culture, inclusion & diversity, leadership role modelling and other related factors. How far should an employer go in supporting mental wellbeing? Can it be defined?

Mental wellbeing is not just one thing. It depends on meeting physical, social and emotional human needs. Our holistic approach, developed over 20 years, seeks to complement those services provided by the NHS and occupational health...to try and prevent and reduce mental illness before it becomes an uphill battle for the individual and a complex problem for the employer.

Leadership, Culture
and D&I

We seek to continually improve the integration of wellbeing with related disciplines of organisational psychology, behavioural science and performance management. An important part of our approach is to apply the neuroscience of ‘psychological safety’ to cultural and leadership development. Psychological safety is not only critical to the successful development of equality, diversity and inclusion policies but also to creative problem-solving attitudes, discretionary effort and high engagement.

More and more clients are moving from occasional interventions towards integrating wellbeing into organisational culture. It becomes a foundational platform from which to engage management and staff with sustainable performance and improved wellbeing.
